I made Buffalo Chicken Soup for supper tonight. But it turned out weird. The broth wouldn't thicken up. I kept adding cheese which seemed to sink to the bottom of the pot and glue all the chicken pieces together. It tasted okay but eating it wasn't very satisfying.

Maybe a little flour would thicken the broth?
funny .. reminds us when david deep fried a chicken for a 1st date companion using powered sugar instead of flour by mistake.... all the chicken pieces were welded together.
